Creative Bilal is a founder-led UGC studio building paid-social creative for DTC brands across the US, UAE and Australia. We're new on paper — the standard isn't.

Most agencies sell you a creator roster and call it a day. We sell the part nobody else owns — the hook, the script, the second someone decides whether to keep scrolling.

The studio was built around one observation: brands don't lose money on bad production. They lose money on creative that doesn't know what it's trying to say in the first 3 seconds.

So we work backwards. We diagnose your funnel, your CAC and your last five ads before we pitch anything. We refuse work we can't win at. And we replace anything that misses your benchmark — on us.

We're small on purpose. The person who answers your first email is the same one writing your hooks at 1am.

How we think

Six rules we won't break.

We're a young studio with old standards. These are the principles that decide what we ship — and what we refuse to.

  1. RULE / 01

    We diagnose before we pitch.

    No proposal until we understand your funnel, your CAC, and what your last 5 ads actually did. A pitch without diagnosis is a guess wearing a suit.

  2. RULE / 02

    Native always beats polished.

    An ad that looks like an ad gets skipped. We shoot creative that earns the first 3 seconds — then earns the click — before it ever asks for the sale.

  3. RULE / 03

    The hook is 80% of the job.

    If the first frame doesn't stop the thumb, nothing after it matters. Every script we ship is hook-first, and every batch tests at least three angles.

  4. RULE / 04

    Performance is the only scoreboard.

    We don't celebrate views, follows, or awards. We celebrate the CPA you can defend to your CFO — and we rewrite anything that doesn't earn its slot.

  5. RULE / 05

    We say no when it isn't a fit.

    If the offer is broken, the LTV won't survive paid, or the brief is mismatched — we'll tell you. Honestly costs us a deal. Dishonestly costs you a quarter.

  6. RULE / 06

    Founder-led, end to end.

    You don't get handed to an account manager you've never met. The person who answers your first email is the same one writing your hooks at 1am.
